HOA Meeting
August 8, 2006

NEW BUSINESS
- Introductions from John Elmore about newly proposed Recreation Center
- Packets of Proposed operational budget and architectural designs given to all HOA members present.
- Homeowner’s would like a firm Bid amount (in re: to loan amount, principal amount, term of loan) Proposed increase in HOA dues will be $133.00/month once Rec Center is completed, and will still be billed quarterly.
- City Park will be established south of Blackhawk Drive, and will be maintained by the City of New Castle.
OLD BUSINESS
- BOD will arrange a meeting with the Post Master concerning location of Mailboxes.
- Lot maintenance will continue to take place and will begin August 15th.
- Next meeting will be scheduled within the next couple of weeks.
- We need a Quorum for the next HOA meeting to be official. Votes may take place to nominate a Board member; more info will follow and will be sent to each home and lot owner after meeting with HOA Attorney, Bob Noone.
